Return and Exchange Conditions

1  Pack all items in their original packaging. Items purchased as a set must be returned as a set.
2   Fill out the return request form attached to the order.
3  Include a copy of the sales check, specify the return method (postal order or bank transfer).

Product eligibility for return and exchange

Customers have the right to return any product they have purchased without stating a reason. Within 10 (ten) calendar days From the moment the consumer specifications are received from the Seller or the Seller's representatives. Products can be returned provided they retain their consumer characteristics, factory labels and ready-for-sale condition.
To return products, Customers must present a copy of proof of purchase and fill out the return request form.

Rules for returning and exchanging products with delivered defects:


Customers have the right to notify the Seller of the detected defect and claim within 10 (10) calendar days from the moment the Delivered Products are received from the Seller or the Seller's representatives. The only exceptions are defects resulting from improper use of the Items by the Customer.

Customers have the right to refuse to receive the Product and request a refund. In this case, the Items must be returned to the Seller and their consumer characteristics, factory labels and ready-for-sale condition must be preserved.

To return the Products, you must send a copy of the proof of purchase and fill out the return request form.

Our return and refund policy is outlined above. According to NYS law, stores are legally required to post their return policies. If a store does not post a return policy, the law requires the store to accept returns within 30 days of purchase.
